Our special day captured in photos part 2

I showed off some wedding photos about a week ago here and now it is time for some photos from the reception! Get ready for photos of toasts, dancing, and lots of fun!

I hope you enjoyed my photos! The last set will be a few gems from our photo booth! See anything you like? Well most of our decorations were DIY so let me know and I can tell you how I made them!! Just in case, here is my post on making dessert flags and here is my post on making the bunting we used all over the venue.

Our special day captured in photos part 1

I can’t believe it has already been 3 months since Fletch and mine’s weddings. It doesn’t feel like it was that long ago. Time has just flown by! Well, we have our professional photos back so I thought I would share some with you!!

We have a TON of photos so I will make this a three part series for you because I don’t want to overload you. The first part is getting ready & the ceremony, second is the reception, and third will be fun photo booth photos!

Here goes!

Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful. We are so thankful for all that came and helped us on our big day. It was so special and it was partially thanks to all of our amazing friends and family that were there to celebrate! We love you all!

Wedding Update: Three Months and Counting!

Hello lovelies!

There are three months left before I marry my wonderful partner, Fletch. I couldn’t be more excited!! So far I have most things done for the wedding. My hope is that I will get everything done by August.

Here is what has been accomplished in the last month.

  • I put down a deposit for the macarons for the wedding. YUM!
  • Fletch and I met with the florist and planned out all of the flowers for the wedding.
  • I bought more bottles for the centerpieces along with a few other goodies for the wedding.

Wedding goodies

  • My amazing friends, Jessica and Justin, spent an entire Friday night finishing up our guest gifts with us! We drank delicious mimosas and watched “Tucker & Dale vs Evil.”

Wedding gifts

  • I found shepherd’s hooks for the aisle decorations! They were on sale so we got a great deal!
  • We finished addressing all of the invites and are sending them out next week. Fletch did an amazing job!

  • Lastly, Fletch and I visited our venue. They hosted a wedding tour and had the whole place decorated as if they were hosting a wedding. It was beautiful!

OH MY GOD!! FOUR MONTHS UNTIL I MARRY FLETCH! Sorry. That is pretty exciting! Alright Hilary, calm down!

Well, we have gotten a lot done this month!! Most do not have photos, my bad, but my stress level has significantly gone down so that is great!

This month I hired our videographer, we found and ordered Bridesmaids dresses (only $10), we found Bridesmaids shoes (only $16), we bought an amazing chalkboard sign for the bar, we made sure we have a ton of books for decorations, I found mason jars to decorate with, we ordered lanterns, I found my shoes for the ceremony and the reception, and I found the wedding dress of my dreams!! So exciting! Everything is coming together and that makes me so very happy!

Here are a few of the items we have so far.

How To Tint Your Eyebrows At Home

Hello Lovelies!

Today I am sharing how I tint my eyebrows. I love doing this before big events or when I feel like I need some pampering. Why spend a ton of money going to a salon when you can spend $10 for at least six applications.
