At times it is easy to focus on the negatives in life. We get overwhelmed with all that life throws at us. One thing after another. As more happens it becomes easier to lose sight of the good. It happens to me too. That is why I am sharing this image I found on Pinterest.
Start each day with a grateful heart. If you feel down, create a list of five positive things in your life. I do this once every week. Instead of focusing on the bad I focus on what is good in my life. When you start your day with a grateful heart you see the beauty in the world instead of the ugly.
